RPSC School Lecturer Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualifications

If you’re thinking about applying for the RPSC School Lecturer Recruitment 2024, here’s what you need to know:

  • For Lecturer Posts: You must have a postgraduate degree in the subject you want to teach from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Plus, you’ll need a Degree or Diploma in Education that’s approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) or the government.
  • For Coach Posts: You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree, along with a Diploma in Physical Education. You also must have a National Institute of Sports (NIS) certification in the sport you’re applying for.

Besides these qualifications, you should be able to read and write Hindi in the Devanagari script and have knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Age Limit

Selection Process

The selection involves two objective-type papers:

  1. Paper I: General studies.

Both papers have negative marking, with a one-third mark deducted for wrong answers. To pass, you must score at least 40% in each paper, but SC/ST candidates get a 5% relaxation. For sports teacher posts, candidates will also receive marks based on their sports participation certificates.
