Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the position must possess either a three-year diploma in any subject awarded by an institution that is duly recognized and approved by the State Government of Kerala or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a university that holds recognition within the state of Kerala.
Experience
Essential Experience: At least 1 year of experience in handling IT Help Desk, IT Call Centre services, Court e-Sewa Kendra, Kerala Government-approved Akshaya Kendra, or a Central Government-approved CSC Kendra.
Desirable Experience: Experience working as a Para Legal Volunteer under the Kerala Legal Services Authority scheme or Experience providing e-filing assistance at any of the courts in Kerala.
Age Limit
Candidates must be born on or after January 2, 1983, to be eligible for this recruitment.
