Eligibility Criteria for HTET 2024
- Primary Teacher (PRT): Candidates should have completed their 12th grade with at least 50% marks and should hold a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and a B.Ed are also eligible.
- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks, along with a B.Ed. They must also meet the subject-specific qualifications set by the board.
- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks, along with a B.Ed. Some subjects may require additional qualifications.
